It is a global company that offers a wide range of legal services and commercially-minded legal advice to businesses operating across developed and developing markets.
Pain
Amount of clients and engagements has been growing steadily and it became hard to manage engagement details with an in-house software stack. Also, there were substantial problems managing P&L which was initially done in separate excel documents that were merged manually. Client has identified a need in a PSA system and they've been making several attempts to find the best solution, but at some point, they figured that most of the managers were struggling to choose the best fit.
