What should you bring with you:

• At least 10 years of experience working in the software development industry, preferably in different roles (Tech Lead, Architect, Engineering Manager, Solution Lead, etc.)
  
• You are a seasoned software engineer, well-versed in two or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, Scala, F#, etc.)
• Experience performing system security engineering to advise clients on cyber security, information assurance, risk identification and mitigation.
• Understanding on how to mitigate security vulnerabilities in various software and hardware designs.
• Technical background in software development and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge in one or more software development technologies like Java, C#, Python, NodeJS, .etc.
• Understanding of fundamental security concepts, such as policy, encryption, access controls, audit trails and risk management.
• Profound understanding of secure coding standards to mitigate OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and SANS TOP 25 programming errors.
• Competency in SecOps tools StackStorm, Vulnerability scanners, GRR Rapid Response, MIG, IDS (Suricata, Snort) Wireshark, SIEM (Splunk), Azure Sentinel .etc.
• Experience in Secure Code Review and Penetration Testing approaches & tools, e.g. Kali Linux.
• Good knowledge & experience leading Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle and using adjacent tools or alternative SDLC approaches.
• Windows server security administration and security infrastructure (e.g. firewalls, IDS/IPS, email security, antivirus/antimalware and other Defense-in-Depth technologies or alternatives in Linux.
• Understanding of Docker containers security approaches and how to implement security in microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Threat Modelling using STRIDE, CIA, Attack tree, DREAD.
• Working knowledge of any of the tools such as HP Fortify, Checkmarx, Veracode.
• Endpoint security management skills.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and overall security in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• Experience conducting Compliance, API security and fuzzing, P2P application vulnerability, Mobile security, Website & IT infrastructure and External network vulnerability assessments, Reverse engineering, Bug bounty support.
• Proven experience in pre-sales activities or working with client's business stakeholders.
• Love of creating scalable, reliable, flexible and meaningful solutions that help transform businesses and even whole industries.

Would be nice if you:

• Understand consulting methodology & approach e.g. The Seven Cs (Client, Clarify, Create, Change, Confirm, Continue), McKinsey (Thinking about business problems, Way of working to solve business problems, Selling Solutions) or similar.
  
• Consulting toolkit & techniques (Initiative Prioritization Matrix, Change Impact Assessment, Business Motivation Model, Golden Circle, Empathy Map, etc.)
  
• Have experience taking part in/leading Design Thinking workshops.
