User research experience e.g. how to target specific groups of people, organize workshops, qualitative research & quantitative research experience, understanding of advantages and disadvantages of various user research methods, user group behavior.
Visual design e.g ability to effectively use the stylistic elements of brand and identity, understanding how to use visual media such as iconography, illustration, graphic design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, formal documentation.

Knowledge tools and concepts around User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, Lean UX, Google Design Sprints.
Understanding of lean design principles.
Experience implementing corresponding research projects, including industry status scanning, competitive product research and attitude analysis, behavior and influencing factors analysis, user demand mining, product usability testing and systematic insight analysis.
